Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Them Up

  Place your unworn TWOOBS back in their original eco-friendly box and ensure all original tags and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
